This new piece of equipment marks a significant enhancement in our capability to deliver accurate and comprehensive bathymetric and dam surveys while focussing on safety of our workers and improving efficiency for our clients. If a larger survey is required we can mount our sounder to a kayak or boat where required

Bathymetric Surveys

Bathymetric surveys or sometimes known as hydrographic surveys, involve mapping the underwater topography of Dams, rivers, and other water bodies. Using our USV equipped with its onboard echosounder, we can provide precise and detailed measurements of water depths and terrain.

Our USV Boat allows us to conduct these surveys efficiently, safetly and even in challenging or inaccessible areas. This technology provides high-resolution data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every project.

Dam Surveys

Dam surveys are essential for monitoring the integrity and safety of dams and reservoirs. Our services in this area include:

• Volume Measurements: Assessing water volume to support management and maintenance.
• Site Plans: Site plans suitable for lodging with Water NSW
• Drone Surveys: We can also complete a drone based survey to get accurate and current high definition imagery of the dam and surround areas

With the integration of our RC Boat, we can perform detailed and non-intrusive inspections of dam reservoirs, making it easier to gather data in various conditions and depths.
